The 'Los Flamencos' project in Riviera Del Sol comprises of 94 modern Spanish semi-detached villas set in sub-tropical gardens. The project is ideally located just in the middle between the airport of Malaga and Marbella and just 1 km down to the sea. The tranquility of the area makes it a perfect place for either living or spending a qualitative holiday with family and friends.

Each property has three bedrooms upstairs, and two luxury marble bathrooms. On the ground floor there is the modern fully fitted Siemens kitchen with granite work surfaces, lounge dining room, a guest bathroom and a utilities room (a laundry chute for convenience has been installed in this room as well). The lounge leads onto a 15m2 covered terrace area. Each house comes with its own private garden (plot sizes and carport sizes vary).
