Las Lomas

In 2003 we started with this project consisting of three villa's designed by the emblematic architect Melvin Villaroel.

The location is spectacular; the houses lie in quiet cul de sac in the Marbella Club neighbourhood on gentle sloping hill side that provides panoramic views over the Golden Mile and the Sea. Each villa has four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms designed in the Andalusian style that our architect is so famous for.

The living room has 7m high ceilings and has a wonderful light distribution. The kitchen is equipped with the latest Gaggenau electrodomestics. Outside there is a heated pool surrounded by a tropical garden. The 250 m2 basement has a sauna, a wine cellar, a 4th bedroom, an extra living room and space for 4 cars.

Finally, we made sure that the owners could enjoy the best views from the Jacuzzi on the top terrace.

Fincalena has coordinated the building works, managed all issues related to the construction and succesful commercialisation of these properties
